Dr. Alidad Arabshahi is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Avosina Medical Technologies, where he helps independent healthcare practices strengthen operations, improve financial performance, and leverage technology to thrive in an increasingly complex healthcare landscape.
In addition to his leadership at Avosina, Dr. Arabshahi is the founder of SomnoSleep and ENT Consultants, Nova Rhinoplasty, and Doctor Hearing Services. He also serves as Director of Sleep Medicine at MedPrime Sleep Laboratory, overseeing sleep medicine services across two locations in Prince William County.
Drawing on more than 20 years of experience leading one of the region’s most successful ENT practices, along with an MBA from Georgetown University, Dr. Arabshahi continues to build and grow innovative healthcare organizations focused on delivering exceptional patient care while advancing operational excellence.
Committed to advancing healthcare beyond his own practice, Dr. Arabshahi was appointed by the Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia to serve on the Board of Hearing Aid Specialists and Opticians. Throughout his career, he has earned the trust of both his peers and patients, receiving numerous recognitions for his commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional patient care.
The vision for Avosina was born from firsthand experience. Like many physician owners, Dr. Arabshahi encountered the challenges of inconsistent revenue cycle performance, fragmented technology solutions, and limited operational resources available to independent practices. Rather than accept these obstacles, he set out to build a better model.
What began as a solution to optimize the operations of his own practices quickly evolved into a comprehensive healthcare services organization dedicated to helping physicians across the country remain independent, strengthen their organizations, and deliver exceptional patient care. Today, Dr. Arabshahi continues to guide Avosina’s strategic vision with a singular mission: empowering healthcare providers with the expertise, technology, and operational support they need to build stronger, more sustainable practices.
